Basic Rate Information
- $20.00 Base Rate - Includes 0 minutes of Live Operator Time (Per 4 Week Billing Cycle)
- Live Operator Time is billed at $0.93 per minute.
- Optional Automated Processing Time (voice mail, call patching) is billed at $0.20 per minute.
- Our automated discount feature lowers your Live Operator per minute rate as call volume increases.
- Set-up fee is billed at $50.00 per hour (one hour minimum). Most accounts require only one hour of set-up time.
- We collect base rate, set-up fees and security deposit ($100.00 minimum) upon acceptance of contract.
Security deposits may not be required.
Our base rate is only $20 per month. That's right... for just $5 per week you can have the peace of mind that should you need our services, we are there for you. We do not require large commitments or minimum monthly call volumes. You never have to worry about paying for "unused" calls or minutes and we never bill "overage" for calls exceeding your monthly minimums because we have no minimums. Our base rate covers the administrative costs associated with keeping an account open; ie. staffing, electricity, invoicing your account each month, etc. If we receive no calls to your account during a given month, all you pay is the $20.00 per month base rate.
All rates are 24/7 and include toll free access anywhere in the continental U.S. We save our clients money every year by providing holiday, weekend and night coverage at no additional cost. Every account also comes with free voice logging, message archiving and custom announcements.
Most setups will be complete within 72 hours from receipt of signed contract, setup forms and payment . Emergency setup is available - additional fees apply. We collect first month's base rate, setup fees and a security deposit if client is paying by check upon acceptance of contract. Clients using credit card billing are not required to maintain a security deposit.
Messages may be delivered at no additional charge in a variety of ways: hold for call in, call out (to cell phone, home phone etc.), digital page, alpha-page, e-mail, text message, fax each as taken or delivered to a voice mailbox.
Live Operator clients may additionally add voice mail options to either enhance their messaging capabilities or minimize their live operator costs. Fax summaries and E-mail summaries are available for all accounts.
